Noah Greenberg has 15 years’ experience in project and organizational management, and in harnessing private sector approaches to achieve environmental outcomes. Noah has worked internationally with public, private, NGO, multilateral and philanthropic clients and partners and has demonstrated expertise in business and strategic planning, environmental finance, markets and policy including forestry markets, carbon and conservation finance, and climate policy analysis and development. Noah has implemented organizational assessments, strategy development, and business planning assignments throughout Asia-Pacific and the world. Noah has led Starling Resources since early 2012, building a diverse portfolio of projects to help clients positively address pressing environmental challenges.

Before joining Starling Resources in 2011, Noah worked for the Environmental Defense Fund in Washington, DC, focusing on climate economics, policy and market analytics. He then co-founded a carbon market startup where he managed operations, including a team of project developers based in Delhi, India. Noah holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland with a focus on environmental markets and finance.
